Have something sweet. I'm letting a secret out. I eat an ice-cream when I'm upset or stressed or angry. I really need to have one. Only then, I feel better. Basically, indulge in a guilt pleasure. Stop worrying and have whatever you want (unless advised not to do so by a doctor).
I know how a few things disturb us. It might bog you down and tear you apart. But let's see it in a different perspective today. The first thing is to accept the fact that not all things are directed to you. There might be times when something was said in general and we think it was for us. Not always girls. Not always. Don't give yourself so much importance. 😉
